What this website collects
Visit statistics
This website runs no analytics today: no tracking cookies, no tracking scripts, no third-party trackers (sign-in, if you use it, keeps only the cookie it needs to keep you signed in). If we ever add visit counting, it will be our own first-party, cookieless counting that never stores your IP address, and we will update this page before it starts.
Our hosting provider (Google Cloud) keeps ordinary server request logs, which can include IP addresses, for its default log retention period (30 days unless changed). We use those logs for security and troubleshooting.
Email and forms
Our quote and contact boxes open your own email program with a pre-filled message to us; nothing is sent to our servers until you press send in that program. If you email us, we keep the message and your address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
Accounts, payments and tools
Some parts of the site (sign-in, credits, paid AI tools) need an account. Those features store what they need to work: your sign-in email, your credit balance and usage, and payment status. Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments on-chain or by the payment provider you choose; we do not store full card numbers. If you don't use those features, none of this applies to you.
Who processes data for us
Supabase hosts our database and sign-in, and Google Cloud hosts the site. They process data on our behalf and under their own terms; they are not allowed by us to use it for their own purposes.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no ad networks.
- No third-party analytics or tracking pixels (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, and similar).
- No cookies for analytics or tracking.
- We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it for marketing.
- We do not build advertising profiles or combine your visits across days.
ShrineTech Inbox (Google API data)
"ShrineTech Inbox" is a private tool used by ShrineTech's owner. It connects to a Google account through Google's OAuth sign-in so the owner can see their own Gmail messages and Google Calendar events in their private tools.
- What it accesses: only the Google account data (mail and calendar) of the person who signs in and approves access, and only the scopes shown on Google's consent screen.
- How it is used: solely to display that person's own mail and calendar to them, inside ShrineTech's private tools. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
- Sharing: Google user data is not sold, not transferred to third parties, and not made visible to other people, except as needed to run the app, to follow the law, or with the account holder's explicit consent.
- Humans: no one at ShrineTech reads your Google data except the signed-in account holder, unless you ask us for support and agree, or we are legally required.
- Revoking: you can remove access any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or email us and we will delete anything we stored.
ShrineTech's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep things
- Server logs at our host: the host's default period (30 days).
- Emails to us: kept as long as the conversation or business relationship needs, then deleted on request.
- Account and payment records: while the account exists, plus what tax and accounting rules require.
- Google user data from ShrineTech Inbox: kept only as long as you stay connected; revoking access or asking us removes it.
Your choices
Turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser and we won't count your visits. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@shrinetech.io.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this page in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top. Earlier versions are available on request.
